- Modified OpenSL path to fix issues with sound looping on nVidia K1
- Rewritten Spinner sound path to fix speed modulation issues on older devices (both lucha and rob-o-bot).

* Unlock
- Once the game is unlocked it should not be necessary to be online.

* Tilt/Nudge
- Disable swipe-tilt when a ball is in the plunger position (after locking a ball).
