What's New in Rainbow-Wheel 1.13

The game had an issue where some people found it too easy and some to difficult. In this version, we introduced a star score system for each level. People who find the game too hard can now focus on getting one star for every level. People who are looking for a challenge can try to get all three stars.

Removed some UI clutter and options that were not being used.
