Basic Sudoku Rules:
#1 Every row must contain the numbers from 1 to 9 with no duplicate numbers in each row.
#2 Every column must contain the numbers from 1 to 9 with no duplicate numbers in each culumn.
#3 A region (3X3 box) also has to contain the numbers from 1 to 9 with no duplicates.
