A Day in the Life

Know someone living with depression? Find out more about the daily decisions they may go through, except the choices are now yours to make.

Through this interactive game, you are placed in the shoes of someone suffering from depression, a mental health condition. You make choices for A Day in Your Life, taking control of how your day goes as you face a series of daily tasks and decisions. As you go through these tasks, know that each decision you make will have an impact on what happens next, otherwise known as the butterfly effect.


There are two parts to this game, “Are You Recovering” and “Are You a Friend”

“Are You Recovering” will have you playing the role of someone suffering from depression.

“Are You a Friend” will have you playing the role of a friend of someone suffering from depression.

This interactive experience is brought to you by Limitless, a non-profit organisation which aims to empower youths to live for more, and live a life worth living. A Day in the Life is developed by a team of students from Temasek Polytechnic.
