蜘蛛纸牌使用兩副104張標準紙牌，遊戲的目標是從桌面上移走所有牌，按照每疊13 張花色相同且必須按從大(K) 到小(A)的順序排列。你可以點擊或者拖動來移動牌或牌組，還可以雙擊空白處自動收牌。牌局開始時，先發10列共54張牌，最上面的牌牌面朝上，從大小到小且同花色的牌組，可以一起移動。剩下的50張牌在需要的時候，分五次發下來。
